Yeah, he ain't fooling anybody.
It goes way beyond lack of player performance to the point of coaching incompetence.
It absolutely looks like ML rode a MVP QB and top WR to give an "illusion" of coaching competence.
ML even gives the appearance of someone failing at leadership and finds it difficult to make hard decisions.
Nobody in management seems to be on the same page and the failures are systemic throughout the organization.
I am now thinking about the reports that defensive plaplayers were upset with the calls and strategies. Comments from players have hinted at it. Last week Rogers was visibility upset at ML and ML later admitted his failure in the preceeding series as play caller.
I am not sure where all this plus a lot more leads exactly but I do know there will many "changes" before the 2023 season starts.
Buckle up boys it going to be a bumpy ride.
