Definitely thin at WR and the vets brought in like ole Hammy did nothing for the team. But you bring up a valid point. Didn’t it use to be that GREAT quarterbacks elevated the play of the other players at least on offense. Now with Rodgers the players have to elevate themselves to be considered for one of his passes. It used to be tha5 he could make something out of mediocre receivers. That time has passed him by apparently. Now he makes too much money to NOT elevate the play of people around him. I am grateful for all he has done but I do think his time has come in GB. He doesn’t make the other players better and his salary stops the team from getting what he needs around him. I’m not sure what any other option would be.
