Years ago, I was selling insurance and I had appointments in the Amarillo, TX area. One of the leads was a man who was not only a Cowboys fan, but also was used as the guy who'd hold the big sound disk on the sideline, maybe for NFL Films or the broadcast network. We were talking all things football and he said "the worst stadium he had ever been to as a fan was Philledelphia. The fans would fight anyone." That was his words. The best stadium in his opinion for a visiting opponent fan? Lambeau Field. He loved going to Green Bay. He talked about the tailgating being the best and his experience inside the stadium, even wearing Cowboy gear, was friendly, gratifying. It means something when a visiting fan wearing their teams colors comes away with a good feeling.
