I agree, I've said they either need a cut OR at the very least need to get EVERYTHING free... AND sports and extracurricular activities should IMO count as an elective and you get college credit for them.

Because being involved with a sport is basically an extra class... why can't it replace an important elective? The electives are there to make them more well rounded... well, in general sports and activities and being involved in something do that as well.



I was so extremely happy when the NCAA finally stopped forbidding colleges from feeding their athletes. That was extremely stupid... took until around 2014 for them to smarten up.

Some of those athletes can't really afford to go to college even with full ride scholarship... and just taking massive loans out... and athletes im theory should be getting a higher quality of food.

So now, most colleges have an 24/7 locked food areas, that athletes can use their campus access cards on and get into and grab some food if they want it.
