You are so right about this next years team. That cap is going handicap this team. Talent will be an issue —- that may not be plugged in.

If they do get compensation for Rodgers AND get lucky with the draft picks then the team will have some success but not likely SB lucky.

You are also right about getting the lines stronger for more success. Especially the DL. That could be where a high draft pick changes the fortune of this team over the next 3-5 years. Picking in the late 20s makes it damn hard to add those super talented players. Finding gems in the 2-4 rounds is very hard to do. Ted and Gute found that out the hard way.

And I’m assuming that Love plays pretty well. Still an if.
