I think the Packers will have a variety of trade offers, then bring in Rodgers and say, "Here are the offers we're considering. What do you think?"

Sure they don't need Rodgers permission in anything, but he has been the most important person to the organization for the last 15 years.

I honestly don't think Vegas is a good landing spot for Rodgers. He wants to win a Super Bowl and that team is a mess. OL needs a lot of work, they're likely getting away from Darren Waller's contract, and the defense top to bottom needs an overhaul.
