I don't think "40's" really equates to 40 but we can disagree on that.

Brady's had the broadcasting gig in his back pocket for a few years now among countless other advertising or sponsorship opportunities and who knows what else he is interested in.

These guys know they are getting older and when they do really retire they know can't come back.

Rodgers can certainly enjoy his music, golf and minor ownership in the Bucks until the day he dies. He can't play football until the day he dies.

I think he plays for another 3-4 years.
