Jackson strikes me as a guy you have to build a team around, not a plug and play more conventional QB. I expect his value to the Ravens is greater than to other teams.
LA has either decided it wants a better QB than Carr, or there is some other reason the team is not wanting to go forward with him. The only two QBs better than Carr are Rodgers and Jackson, neither of which are certain to be available. It will be interesting to see what happens there.
NY has been making noises like it wants a top shelf (or at least big name) veteran QB. Again that is Ridgers, Jackson and Carr, with Carr probably not being the splash hiring they are looking for.
