Maybe you are talking about the dead cap space bill, yes that's due regardless.

But there is an additional $59.5 bill on top of that that will be due if he doesn't retire and whomever is holding his contract has to pay it, that is not due regardless.



Just to be clear, I'm in no way saying the Packers are right or wrong about holding their ground because I have absolutely no idea what's being offered.
