If the packers are rebuilding there are players they could have cut versus restructuring contracts.

In regards to letting those players sign elsewhere I don’t see that as rebuilding., I see it has not wanting to pay for players we should be replacing.

Letting free agents go doesn’t equal rebuilding
Cutting players versus kicking the can down the road = rebuilding
