So the cap space they have created for this season is to sign the rookie class and sign Love to an extension if he succeeds in any way? They have 21 million in space. The rookie class I have heard will cost about 8 million. So the 13 million left is just for emergencies or do they go the extension route with Love as opposed to just signing his fifth year option?
