Not an expert but disagree. I feel Tom’s strongest points are great feet versatility and smart my understanding is his weakness is strength and length.So I think they played him the best way - replace the weakest/ injured player. Brings up the overall capability of the line. He seemed to be able to handle anything they threw at him. His length did not seem to affect his pass blocking. I think guard will be his worst position (lack of power). Now he should get stronger and I think he could be above average at any position.. I think every team would love to have someone who can handle anything. Guards are the easiest position to fill ( except maybe for the packers), Injuries will happen and we could have arum only any online position.
