I think they could do it, but normally you have at least 1 RB and 2 WRs out there at any given time.

Which usually leaves you with two interchangeable pieces.

Three TEs could be done, but I would assume after the initial surprise wears off, they would just treat the TEs on the outside, or the TEs that's most likely a WR (Musgrave) as a WR and defend it like it's a two TE set.
