You always pay attention to guy that's most likely to go deep... so 3 TEs probably won't get attention off Watson at all... unless all three TEs are on one side and Watson is on the other, still they'll have a Safety in the middle to watch Watson.

But Watson taking the attention might give Musgrave chances to go deep on his own. But that's even more likely to work with two WRs, you don't expect the TE to go deep.
