I really did not want to see them.
I think overall you have to look at the team that is assembled and say, it is what it is.
I have heard some stuff on radio this AM, blame this guy, blame that guy right on down to Gute, for this debocle.
So think about it.
The Lions walked into the KC house of terror and beat the Chiefs.
The Lions are very well coached and scheme as good as anyone to an opponent.
The Lions are a very talented team and they built the team where it needs to be built, at the LOS on both sides of the ball.
When you look at the egg that Packers laid in this one, there are a lot of excuses, short week, injuries, young team etc.
The bottom line is the Packers were not prepared for the Lions, and the Lions are better coached and a better team in general than the Packers are right now. Maybe as the season progresses, we get healthy the chemistry and timing gets better, our OL gets it's shit together, Quay Walker gets his head out of his ass, just a lot of things, we may get better.
Need to get up off the mat and realize we got a game to play next week in prime time against a team in a hostile environment.
