What I would have said to your question is "keep it in house". "No comment" is a perfectly fine answer when dealing with the media on things that are supposed to be kept in house. Instead, we got the privilege of dealing with his nonsense for three years. And it wasn't 'media manufactured'. It was 'Rodgers manufactured'. He had the option of not going public. He chose a different route.
