Re: the "head is spinning" comment: this is why I never have cared for the Green Bay way of bringing in a rookie OL, and immediately trying them at multiple positions. To-wit, I've already seen reports that Morgan has been tried at both OT and at least one OG spot. I would think it would be more conducive to success if they started them at the position they played in college. Or, if it's a player that they already know they'll want elsewhere (i.e., the college OT who is obviously an NFL G), start them from day 1 at whatever position they really want them at, and keep them there - let them get acclimated there, and then start cross-training once they are comfortable at the first spot. Maybe the former coaches on the board can tell me why what I just said is wrong? I mean, they've been doing it this way since Mike McCarthy was hired as coach, so it must have some validity, but I just don't get it...
