I know that is a lot to live up to... a real lot, when considering the Packers History in the NFL

Brian Gutenkunst has seemingly built a team with no apparent weaknesses at all.

What position is the weak link on this team?

The only thing that I can come up with as a weakness on the roster currently is back up QB. Where an injury to the starting QB position would have the biggest adverse impact on the teams fortunes, over any other position. By far.

That is not to say Clifford or Pratt do not have the ability to play at the NFL level. but honestly. even if they did have the talent, I would prefer they go through the three year school of QB play that Jordan Love and Aaron Rodgers went through before being thrown into the fire.

As we have seen with both Love and Rodgers, when they were thrown into action before the fourth year when they finally earned the starting job, the Packers did not win those games they played in. Even though you could see glimpses of the potential.

So to me, in my mind, the back up QB is the main weak link that could keep this team from winning the Super Bowl.

Now to think of who else where if they were to get hurt with a season ending injury, would be the most difficult to overcome, with the players on the roster.

The one that I think would have the most impact on the wins and losses after QB is Xavier McKinney.

Even though he has not played a down for the Packers, I am expecting the Packers defense to be super elite with him on the field, to go along with the rest of the talent.

But I think if he were to become injured, the Packers may be able to be exploited over the middle where they won't with McKinney on the field.

Other than that, LT, if Rasheed Walker gets hurt, they have Morgan to put in there, and if he needs seasoning they can always slide Jenkins out there.

The pass rush has a great 5 man rotation.

They have 5 corners who can play, they have 7 WR who can play, they have an abundance of talent at every position.

The RB room is stacked, I know some of you think AJ Dillon is on the bubble. but he is a lock. Remember the Packers winning streak last year started with him as the starting RB. He knows the blitz pick ups and even if he is beat, he makes them fight him, and that takes a second, and that is all the extra time the QB needs. Jacobs is going to be a home run all star, plus a top rookie RB to round it out.

The O Line is going to be manned by all the starters from last year except one, but he played half the time. plus a first round pick, and competent back ups that have impressed me forever that never even get to be on the field, Caleb Jones and Luke Tenuta. Who I think are prototype NFL offensive tackles that could dominate in todays game.

The whole roster from top to bottom is really as rock solid in athleticism and talent as I have ever seen. They are really a team that could catch fire and go on a run and actually have a legitimate chance to get a, Green Bay Packers exclusive, three peat Super Bowl Championship.

This season, the goal, the ultimate goal for this season, is to get to, and WIN the Super Bowl if for no other reason than to insure that the Green Bay Packers are the only team in the entire history of the NFL to win three championships in a row.

Then add the exclamation point to that statement by going ahead and winning three championships in a row of your own, so the modern world knows.
