Last that I heard, all but five 1st round picks were signed, and that included the four 1st round picks drafted by the Bears and Vikings.


As far as Williams refusing to sign, I don't think that makes sense, as I thought the CBA basically took 95% things to negotiate.

And usually the big argument is how much of the contract is guaranteed, should said player get injured or cut and not be able to complete their contract, but Williams being so high, I'm pretty sure that is basically set at 100% as most 1st round picks have been.


So I don't know what Williams would be holding out for, since everything is pretty much locked and set in.
