The following is a lot of close ones, but they didn't make get the 3 peat.
Chicago Bears almost had a three-peat in 1932-1934 but the New York Giants beat them in the Championship game the final year.
Chicago Bears almost had a four-peat in 1940-1943, but the Washington Redskins beat them in 1942 Championship game.
Philadelphia Eagles almost had a three-peat in 1947-1949 but the Chicago Cardinals (not Bears) beat them in 1947.
Cleveland Browns went to 6 straight championship games from 1950-1955. The first two against the Los Angeles Rams and they split those. The next three were against the Detroit Lions, with the Lions winning the first two and Browns stopping the Lions three peat. And the last one, the Browns one against the Rams again.
Detroit Lions, as seen above, three straight years against the Cleveland Browns, winning the first two, but losing the last one.
Baltimore Colts beat the New York Giants in back-to-back years in 1958-1959 but neither made it three straight championship games.
Green Bay Packers from 1960-1962 made it three straight years but lost the first one to the Eagles before beating the Giants in the next two.
Giants from 1961-1963 lost three straight championships, first two to the Packers and the last one to the Bears.
[AFL] Houston Oilers went to the Championship the first three years, from 1961-1963, winning the first two over the Chargers and losing the last one to the Dallas Texans (which I believe would later become the Kansas City Chiefs)
[AFL] San Diego Chargers went to the Championship 5 of the first 6 years. Losing the first two to the Oilers, missing it, and then going 3 straight. Winning the first one, but losing the next two to the Bills.
[AFL] Buffalo Bills, 1964-1966 went three straight times beating the Chargers in the first two but losing to the Kansas City Chiefs in the last one. Chiefs would go on to face the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl 1.
[AFL] Oakland Raiders, 1967-1969 went three straight times but only winning the first one.
Miami Dolphins in 1972-1974, Cowboys beat them in the first one.
3 out of 4 years, Minnesota Vikings went to the Superbowl, 1974-1977 and they lost all of them.
3 out of 4 years, Denver Broncos went to the Superbowl, 1987-1990 and they lost all of them.
Buffalo Bills, 1991-1994, 4 straight Super Bowls but lost them all.
3 out of 4 years, Dallas Cowboys, 1993-1996, won all 3, two against the Bills, one of which the Bills sounded like they were defeated before the game ever started after losing the 3 times before.
3 out of 4 years, New England Patriots, 2002-2005, won all three.
4 out of 5 years, New England Patriots, 2015-2019, won the 1st, missed it, and then three in a row where the won the first and last ones but loss the middle one.
