From the context, it appears that he was speaking at a youth football camp he was putting on (in Las Vegas?)...

Here's a link with a slightly longer clip. But more important is the comment from one of the interviewers: they were told beforehand not to go there, or the interview would end. They went there. And shockingly, the interview ended.
