2025 offseason: Brock Purdy is going to be eligible for an extension. And since he's been the lowest paid QB in the league for three years, he's going to get it as soon as possible. And with Tua getting $53M AAV, it's very likely Purdy will come in higher than Love.

2026 offseason: CJ Stroud and Anthony Richardson will be eligible for extensions. Stroud will certainly get more than Love and Richardson very well could as well.

Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes are both going to need a pay raise sooner than later.

And Jordan Love doesn't even have a cap hit over $40M until 2027, and doesn't have a cap hit over $50M until 2028. So the Packers are going to have reasonable cap hits on Love for the next four years as the cap is going to skyrocket and QBs are going to get paid over and over.
