One thing I didn't mention is how much better I feel overall. I had gotten to a point where I would have to stop and catch my breath even walking upstairs in my house. Also, there is a nature trail near me that has a real killer hill - in the past, I would have to stop at least once to just barely be able to make it to the top (and then sit on the bench at the top for a bit before continuing on). I went there a week or so ago, and power-walked all the way to the top without stopping. I didn't even realize I did it until I made it to the top. I kind of paused, looked around, realized what I had done, and let me tell you - I felt like Rocky at the top of the stairs in the movie.
And oh, by the way, within this same 2.5 month time period I've gone from 238 lbs to 215.6 on the same scale at home...
