I was a few doughnuts short of 295 before my last back surgery. 235# going into surgery Monday.
If I could stay out of Surgical Suites or PT for more than a cpl Months that would be better yet.
But once in a while you need to stop and enjoy a Carrot Cake Cup Cake like I had this morning.
