I agree with the guy somewhat. It’s not like LaFleur can do what I did at lower levels. Make the team do one push-up for every penalty yard at the next practice.

Really, I think what he needs to do is create a culture where it is unacceptable . Bench guys for a few plays for a stupid penalty. Have a culture and leadership where the players get on each other for lack of concentration penalties. Maybe players need to know there are consequences for not being mentally sharp.

I am almost exclusively talking about the illegal procedure penalties. False starts.
