Preston Smith says a few weeks ago, he requested a trade out of Green Bay.

Didn’t feel comfortable in their new 4-3 scheme, so now he ends up in a 3-4 where he has played most of his career, and feels comfortable.

Smith says “I got what I asked for" and that he already ‘loves the scheme’ and is excited.

It seems to me, the DEs are asked to clog the run more, and the DTs are asked penetrate and pass rush more.

Which I think has made the DTs happy, and probably the DEs disappointed.
