I've never bought into the two vs three point stance argument, let the player do whatever they feel is most comfortable, at least if they can execute the technique correctly and consistently.
There are pluses and minuses to both, but more importantly, which stance can the player feel more comfortable and react quicker out of. (It should be noted that a lot of professional coaches would probably disagree with me there).
The rest of the options you mentioned, I'd say all of them, the DEs are clearly asked to contain more, don't ever give up the edge when it's your responsibility.
Seems like they want the DTs or someone blitzing up the middle to put pressure on the pocket and then have the edge holders to clean up if the ball gets out of the pocket. Though also consistently mixing it up.
