Yeah, it's rare, but the Packers have gone with 52 players on the rosters a handful of times under Gute... especially since they freed up the PS being elevated up.

It'd be interesting to see if they let Lloyd have his full three weeks of practicing or if they bring him back earlier.



As for Musgrave, LaFleur made it sound like his return would be a longer one.

This is mainly me reading between the lines (and making the assumption that I have read correctly), but I'm guessing with Musgrave's injury, there was the no surgery method, which they tried and didn't work, and then the surgery method, which takes longer to recover from. And if he's back with the team, it'll be later in the season.
