My draft knowledge this year is unfortunately not what it normally is. My customer just dropped a 250 page RFP with 1,000+ requirements and I've got 2.5 months to put together a proposal. So if it seems like I'm lacking in my normal draft content, you know why.

I still think there's a clear delineation between the needs, both in terms of short and long term

Tier 1 needs: EDGE, IDL, WR
Tier 2 needs: IOL, CB
Tier 3 needs: OT, LB
Tier 4 needs: TE, QB2
Tier 5 needs: RB, S
