I did not receive a trade offer worth considering for any of the top 3 picks. Which in itself makes this one unusual - I almost never end up picking at 23...

I really wanted a WR earlier, but the value just never matched with my pick slot. I actually had designs on Nick Nash at 159 - he was ranked somewhere around 175 on their big board, but he went somewhere around 145... (sad trombone sounds)

Same thing for OL - the value and the pick slot just never matched up. I looked at #97, and started really seriously looking at #124, but there was always a defensive player who was better value at the pick...
