I looked up that CB Porter and watched his highlights and the numbers. 4.3 40 looks great, until you see he is a track runner who converted to football. Track guys have an advantage over football players in the 40 with just the getting out of the blocks, so I would add .1 to the time to make it more realistic, as football players do not have the get off from the blocks that track runners do. Even if they spend a couple months learning it.
His highlights look good, he seems to be able to run with anybody he was asked to, at least in the highlights. But it seemed to me that all his picks or pass defended plays were made on poor throws by the QB. Now there is nothing wrong with making plays on poor throws, a good DB is supposed to to that. But I did not see him making plays on great throws. Then it hit me, the Kevin King Washington highlights, I have seen this before. Their college highlight tapes are quite similar. At the point you are mentioning him in the draft I would much rather have Shavon Revel. Even with the injury
