I'm not sure that Banks is ascending, but I think he might play better with the Packers than he did with the 49ers due to scheme.

Kyle Shanahan is famous for his wide zone scheme... and LaFleur was too, but LaFleur has gotten away from that and gone more to power man scheme in recent years and I believe Banks weakness is the zone scheme and his strength is the power man scheme.

Of course, that's just run blocking, I'm pass blocking he might be the same.
