Sounds like his Agent thought he made the 35% based on some online database, which I'm assuming just rounded to the nearest percentage instead of rounded down like I assume the NFL and Union do.

Maybe if they re-sign him, but if the team doesn't re-sign him, I'm doubting he'll get that back.

Especially as a fringe starter whom they MIGHT be trying to replace between Morgan and/or Belton.


Also, it's not like he didn't have the opportunity, as Tom and Walker who were drafted after... I assume they got over 50%.
