I have Jones penciled in as the Colts starter over Richardson, as Richardson completed less than 48% of his passes last year and would certainly have Richardson outside the top 10.

Honestly I don't know Browning, and he's been cut a number of times, but supposedly had a GREAT 2023 in 7 starts.

Not sure how I feel about rookies (Dart) being on here. As we don't know how they'll do in the NFL level and they usually need at least one year to adjust to the NFL game.
