I see Justis Mosqueda (who I think started this), is claiming that the IPP and the roster exemption split, and his source, supposedly an IPP scout is saying Canadian players are not eligible for the IPP training, but they are eligible for the roster exemption since the split.

I think he's getting some bad information.

That, or he's the only one with this inside scoop.


It's strange, but not totally unheard of for the NFL to make a super minor change and not tell the public.

That being said, if Canadian were eligible, I believe we would of seen a massive release of the current guys, to sign CFL players which are better than the average international player.
