It might be early to bash the CBs, but I'm mainly bashing their depth compared to the WRs depth.


Because yes Hardman is streaking down the field for a TD, but then you see who's closest to him, and it's like, that DB probably had zero chance of making the final roster anyways, it's not shocking that a veteran speed demon WR beat him on a speed route, especially before pads go on.


If he starts beating some of the guys that we think we make the roster, than that might be impressive, but since he's so low on the depth chart, he might not be getting many snaps against those guys.

Which is not his fault, but it is the fault of WR depth being so deep, and CB depth being so not deep.


Just to be clear, Packers MIGHT have a decent top 3 CBs, and maybe 4 if counting Bullard slim the slot. But after that, it's bunch of rookies or guys who haven't proven anything yet. They SHOULD be getting burned by a smart speed vet, as they're still young, still learning and aren't speed guys themselves.
