They’ve never been part of a team where the starting players are one in 32 in the world.
Bigger faster quicker stronger and coached to a completely different level in detail and time being coached.

The GM had done a remarkable job of creating competition at every spot and has a team that is a play off level team to start with ready to Duke it out.

I don’t think the team wants any player over another player.
I don’t think they automatically say “we want this player starting”
What they want it the best position group they can build at each and every position and that those spots have been earned and every spot has the depth to survive a season.

On paper they are bigger faster quicker more experienced in most positions.

It’s going to be really good.
