I had other things going on and forgot all about family night, but I know I wanted the Packers to draft S Omar Brown late in his draft.

He was an outside CB at Northern Iowa (which we have a surprising amount of coaches from), before transitioning to Nebraska, where he basically sat his first year and then was the starting nickel his last year.


Style wise, I thought he was like S/Nickel Micah Hyde, not as talented as Hyde, but similar style, they lacks speed, but he's got very good quickness and instincts, and not afraid to be physical.


Brown went undrafted in 2024, signed with the Broncos who didn't keep him around, then Packers signed him to their PS.


Packers are very deep at Safety, whomever they don't keep might be able to make another team's roster.
