It's very hard for me to get excited about QB3 anymore, since they changed the practice and off-season time rules in 2010, how many QB3 have we actually seen develop?

Not many at all... and I'm talking NFL wide. It MIGHT be none. And they have restricted the practice rules and restricted off season meetings times for coaches and players, a time or two since then as well.


Now there are always exceptions to every rule (sooner or later), but with the restricted time players get, there are just seemed to be less and less 3rd string talent developing at all positions, but especially QB.
