I have watched games on my laptop or android phone. I have no idea if site could be accessed on a smart TV. When my son was living at home he would run his laptop through the big screen TV and watch it that way.

Click NFL section on top. It will list the games being played that date only. (Bonus: there are links for most pro sports.) At bottom of video you may have to switch between SD and HD to get a working stream. Very rarely have there been so many people accessing site that it freezes or one can't get on. Exit out and come back on and you should be good to go. I haven't missed a Packer game since I found this site 4 years ago.

Most game streams don't come up until game time. But sometimes the Packer games have come on early with a local Green Bay broadcast discussing the game and sometimes there have been interviews with tailgaters in the lot.
