I don't really watch baseball, but I saw on the pre-game show, sounded like Dodgers scouts and analysis people are some of the best paid in the business, and sounded like they realized the Brewers were getting most of their hits off of fastballs and so the Dodgers were putting their off-speed pitchers out and telling them to avoid throwing fast balls.


I don't know how much or little stock to put into that, but it was kinda disappointing that it was something that seems so simple and analysis paid people winning the games vs the players, though the players still play.



I was really hoping for a Brewers vs Mariners World Series so that we'd be guaranteed some franchise would get their first World Series victory on franchise history... and now I'm worried Dodgers will basically just buy another one.
