Biggest thing holding Musgrave back has been that GB's offense needs their TEs (particularly from #2 on down) to be much more well rounded (i.e., better blockers as well as pass-catchers). Musgrave ISN'T that - he's basically a somewhat larger, less athletic WR. I don't think the Packer offense really has a role for him like that. Now, with Kraft out, it will be up to LaFleur to adjust the offense/play calling to use what they have (i.e., Musgrave's unique set of skills). If they try to force him to do what Kraft does, it will end badly...
