Read that teams with coaches were asking him.
Many of these coaches are a victim of their own success.
Teams win, player contracts get bigger, player leave, draft picks don’t live up to another contract, franchise seasons die because injuries.
Winning moves you away from blue chip draft picks.
Your OC/DC’s become head coaches.
HC for 18 years one team is an achievement in the NFL.
