Morris and LaFleur were on the same staff for two years in Washington and two years in Atlanta. Not sure how close they are as friends, but they very much know each other. They also both spent time in LA with Sean McVay as HC.

I think if Rams DC Chris Shula gets a DC job, Morris going back to LA makes a lot of sense. But if Morris wants a difference scene, Green Bay makes some sense for him, but does it make sense for Green Bay.

Jeff Hafley runs a 43 aggressive style single high defensive scheme. Raheem Morris runs a 34, two high attacking defense. Mentality is the same, but alignments are very different. After two years of drafting and developing players for a Hafley defense, I'm sure switching back would be a great move.
