Just to be clear, he's has a crazy amount of upside... BUT he's also basically been locked out of at least 3 teams (not counting the Bills as that was injuries and he looked like he was improving then)...


And it sounds like he was very immature... and clearly wasn't playing up to his full potential...

So got to weigh more than just his highlights, as his low lights would also make him unsigned.

But if you can get him for cheap and make him earn it, especially if he's matured, then he might be well worth it.
