Watson - was a big loss when out, but he also played a lot during the losing streak, so...
Reed - not sure his butterfingers would have really helped all that much - he has a real knack for dropping the ball at the worst possible time
Wyatt - I almost put losing him above Parsons - when he went down, the defense started to fall apart even before Parsons' injury
LVN - Did nothing before he got hurt, came back and still did nothing until one miracle forced fumble in the playoff game, so no big difference there
Jenkins - he was done before he even got hurt. C position got better when he went down.
Kraft - Would have made a huge difference. He might have been the biggest loss on the whole team (yes, bigger than Parsons as far as wins/losses go)
Parsons - yes, he was a big loss, but as I mentioned above, the defense was already not the same after losing Wyatt.
So the real big losses were Kraft, Wyatt, and Parsons. Those were the ones with the potential to change the results of the season. Unfortunately, they were all "in the tub" (was it Johnnie Gray who said 'you can't make the club from the tub'?)
"What depth is suspect?"
I feel like the entire CB room is suspect, so definitely weak on depth there, at least until Cisse proves he belongs and is ready to start. If your #1 CB is Keisean Nixon, you have a problem at CB. But move someone like a Cisse into that #1 spot, and move everyone else down a notch... it suddenly starts looking better.
DT? Really depends on how Gannon uses them. If he only needs one true DT on the field at a time, then they're probably ok. However, if he wants a lot of packages with two of them on the field, then you better hope for a big step up from Stackhouse and Brinson... if not, depth there is shaky at best.
Interior DE (not Edge) - again, depends how they're used. In this case, though, I think the 'depth' is ok - but they don't have much better than 'depth players' on the roster. It's a situation where they can lose a couple guys and not notice a fall-off in talent, but not because the depth guys are so good...
OL depth feels like it has been suspect for years... I'm not sure if this year is worse than any other in that regard.
RB as you mentioned - losing Wilson will hurt when Lloyd goes down again after one play. The guy has just been snakebit.
