It's gotta be something with your browser/temp files/etc. needing to be cleaned.

Really, it behooves you (or any computer user) to learn how to clear internet cache/cookies/temp files/etc. - just for general purposes, let alone this specific issue. It's generally pretty simple to do once you know how. I recommend youtube(ing) it for your specific browser.

Alternatively, download a program called CCleaner. There's still a free version which will clean your PC - browser, Windows temp files, etc. Super easy to use. Just watch the installation process and be sure to decline any of the extra 'optional' software they offer you...
