That's what was so extremely impressive about Ted Thompson drafts... he might miss out on the most elite top talented guys, but it sure seemed like a lot higher percentage (compared to other GMs) of his mid and late round draft picks would somehow spend a decade in the NFL, even if it was with other teams.


Lawrence Guy is another DL like that.
