
And that Williams will make the roster based on potential and cheap contract... but I'm not sure that automatically makes him #4.
Last year, with Williams practicing at WR, he got 91 offensive snaps. Which was 7th most for Packers WR, behind Doubs, Golden, Watson, Wicks, Heath, Reed and "CB" Melton, who despite practicing at CB still got 96 offensive snaps.
So I don't know who's #4, Melton or Williams nor how Sky is going to fit in. But Melton got more snaps than Williams, so I'd say he was ahead of Williams.
But I'm thinking they should consider keeping 6 WRs, of course it depends on who all plays well in preseason and where the numbers are best.
