A) Maye is nothing to write home about as a QB - nowhere near Jordan Love;

B) Maye and Doubs have nothing like the kind of rapport that Love had with Doubs after several years together. It may still come for the two of them (Maye/Doubs) - this is their first game together - and did they even play together in the preseason at all?

To jump immediately to "Doubs sucks - glad they dumped him" after one game is premature at best.
